N°01What happens at my first visit?
We start with a consultation. It helps us assess your skin, your concerns and your unique goals, so we can create a plan of action made just for you.
N°02How much do treatments cost?
It depends on the treatment and the plan that's right for you. You'll see current pricing when you book on Vagaro, and we walk you through costs during your consultation, before anything is done.
N°03Do I need a consultation for injectables?
Yes. For neurotoxins and fillers, your provider guides you during a consultation on which product and which areas will give you the result you're looking for.
N°04Is there any downtime?
Many of our treatments have little to no downtime. Our Aura 365 and BioRePeel peels, for example, are designed for minimal shedding. Your provider will tell you exactly what to expect for yours.
N°05How should I prepare?
For lash lifts and brow lamination, please come free of any makeup. For everything else, we'll share any prep you need when you book.
N°06How long do results last?
It depends on the treatment. A lash lift & tint or brow lamination lasts 6 to 8 weeks. For skin and injectable treatments, we'll talk about timing and maintenance in your plan.
N°07What is your cancellation policy?
Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours ahead. Late cancellations are charged 50% of the service, and no-shows 100%. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment.
N°08Do you offer gift cards?
Yes. Gift cards can be purchased online through Vagaro and used for any treatment.
